The Main House is beach front with beautiful views. Set in the middle of 3/4 acres of a luscious green floral setting, it is the closest accommodation (a few steps) to the 80 ft sandy beach. Beautiful view of the lake from the kitchen, living room, and 2nd floor master bedroom.
HISTORIC MOMENT The 1902 antique piano, in the living room, was purchased from J.W Hughes of Kelowna in 1974. J.W. Hughes is the "Grandfather of the Grape Industry in British Columbia." Born in Iowa in 1887, he moved to Olds, Alberta in 1917, where he met his bride Ruth. They moved to Kelowna in 1920. He shipped his first 100 acres of grapes to the newly established "Growers Wines in Victoria B.C." in 1927. This was the beginning of the British Columbia Wine Industry. J.W. Hughes passed away in 1975 ..... "he shall not be forgotten."

Things to do in Kelowna

Mission Creek Greenway for hiking, biking and running is very close to the vacation rentals.

Kelowna Creekside Pub & Grill is a 3 minute walk. The pub backs onto the Mission Creek close to the entrance of the Mission Creek Greenway on Lakeshore. 3 minute walk to other restaurants and convenience stores plus a Starbucks. 3 minute walk to Mission Creek Greenway Trail System Where you can bike, run or hike.
